Huston-Tillotson University’s dining services are out sourced to Sodexho USA, Inc., one of the largest contract food service operators in North America, with about 6,000 clients in the United States and Canada. The company is the result of the merger of Marriott International's food service and facilities management business (Marriott Management Services) with the North American operations of French food service company, Sodexho. Sodexho bought the entire firm in 2001 and now operates it as its North American subsidiary. Not just a food service provider, the company also offers laundry and linen services, and facilities maintenance, including custodial services and grounds keeping.

Daily Operations
Dining services are a part of room and board fees for on campus students. The hours of operation for the dining hall facility are:
Monday – Friday
· Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
· Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
· Dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday
· Brunch: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
· Dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Catering Services
Catering is available throughout the year for organizations, groups are individuals, within or outside of the university, who utilize the campus facilities for meetings, conferences, receptions, etc. You may choose from a variety of different menu options or customize your own.
